WEATHER | |||
| We recommend that you dress in layers since the weather in the North often changes four times per day. The temperature during August hunts could go as high as 75 degrees during the day and freezing at night. Hunts from begining to mid September could be as warm as 60 degrees during the day and below freezing at night. From mid-September until the first week of October, you should expect late fall/early winter temperatures with snowy, windy conditions. A good quality rain suit is a must no matter what time of the season you will be hunting. | |||
TIPS | |||
| In our experience, it is customary to give your guide and cook a tip. These tips vary with the performance of the employee and of course what you can afford. However, many clients ask what is the norm, so they will better know how much money to bring with them. Cook's tips are usually around $50.00 and guide's tips around $100.00 per person. Of course this practise is left to your discretion. | |||
