Availability & Reservations

Upon booking, you will need to return your contract/reservation form and license information form to us along with your 1/3 per person deposit.  Accepted methods of payment are personal or certified check issued to Jack Hume Adventures, money order, or by Visa / MasterCard.

We do not require any other documentation or payments until March 1st the year of your hunt when your 2/3 payment is due.  Once your payment has been received and processed, you will be issued an information/itinerary package sent to you either by email or by regular mail if you prefer.  This package will include a re-cap of important details about the trip, a detailed instruction sheet on how to proceed in Montreal, your flight itinerary, and various forms that should be completed and returned to us if they apply to you or your party.

Your 3rd and final payment is due no later than June 15th, the year of your scheduled departure.  Please take note that any person or party member who has not paid in full, will not be permitted to board the aircraft to Caniapiscau. 

With the receipt of final payment, you have the option to request that the non-resident firearm declaration form be mailed out to you.  This form is available for download on our website.

Upon your arrival at base camp there may be some items that you wish to purchase (i.e. soda, alcohol, lures, clothing, extra licenses).  Please note that the only accepted method of payment at base camp is cash (US or Canadian dollars are the accepted currencies).  There are no stores or banks at base camp.

Each hunter is required to bring the following documents:
